Description
A Bioscience/Pharmaceutical research and development company. EZRA Innovations currently holds exclusive worldwide rights in a controlled-release drug delivery system.
Products / Services
  • Drug Surfactant Complex (DSC) Deoxycholate is used in combination with active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), DSC possesses the ability to change the chemical moiety of existing drugs and better extend release rates.
  • DSC also has the ability to take drugs which are insoluble for uptake, and make them more soluble for delivery.
  • Brand products benefit through extension of brand life (new patent around API and DSC) while generics can produce drugs based upon DSC technologies and avoid patent infringement.
Technology / Differentiation
Although controlled release drug delivery systems do exist, they are unable to control the rate of drug delivery, length of release time, and target area of drug delivery following administration.

EZRA Innovation's process will increase patient compliance and drug efficacy, decrease side-effects, and enable (re)formulation of drug combinations and delivery strategies.

When combined with existing drug technologies it has the ability to change chemical moiety and extend brand patent life.
Market / Customers
Generic companies are expected to grow rapidly in the future, as patents for major brand products expire. The role of the generic companies in the pharmaceutical industry of the future is being re-evaluated by the industry and its investors.
