Our mission is simple'Bring access to quality allergy care while improving physician practices.
Over the years, allergy treatments have evolved to the patient's disadvantage and yours. Sending a patient outside the convenience of your practice will limit your control and delay your patient's relief. Patients will continue to suffer without proper diagnosis and treatment. Moreover, patients will not get well without compliance with treatment protocols, and how better to ensure compliance than make the treatments available in the convenience and comfort of your office with a physician they know and trust.
In early 2004, APCG began as a specialty allergy diagnostic laboratory and treatment supply company. We recognized the huge demand for access'but through experience we learned there were many challenges to delivering'quality allergy care. As a diagnostic and supply company, we discovered that many practices attempting to provide allergy care stumble across hidden complexity. They suffer management headaches and unexpected time expenditures. Some medical practices going it alone report a variety of unwelcome consequences. These include diagnostic and treatment set supply problems, unexpected planning and quality control issues, staffing complications and turnover, coding and managed care problems with associated cash flow delays. This mix of complexity can often result in clinic failure and financial loss.
As we watched physicians struggle, we knew there had to be a better way. So we created systems to bring patients access to excellent care while bringing physicians the benefits of smart business. Today, through our AllerXpress and related allergy center programs, APCG can provide a customized, physician-owned Allergy Testing and Treatment Center (ATC) within your practice. APCG provides physician practices with breakthrough allergy care solutions, related practice management, staff and financial services. Our proven on-site services are backed by a comprehensive infrastructure - qualified, talented professionals who support all AllerXpress' operations.
And through MD-Distributors we deliver state of the art diagnostic analyzers from Siemens, including the Immulite 2000 Immunoassay Analyzer using chemiluminescent technology to perform an array of laboratory testing from tumor markers to allergy and almost everything in between.
