The NICO Myriad System was developed for patients requiring the resection of neuro and spine tumors in an industry that has not seen technological improvements in the area of tissue resection for a significant period of time. The NICO Myriad's fully disposable handpiece is available in a variety of diameters, lengths and configurations to meet the diverse needs of patients and procedures. The handpiece is also available for use with a rigid working channel scope.

NICO's products are designed for use in minimally invasive neurosurgical procedures such as endonasal, retrosigmoidal, supra-occipital, and open craniotomy approaches, including spinal surgery. Our patented products make endoscopic approaches a reality and minimize the need for large craniotomies, giving the clinician opportunities for reduced procedural trauma for the patient. Regardless of the clinical approach, NICO provides the clinician with a more controlled, more efficient and less traumatic alternative to traditional tumor resection. NICO's technology objectives include improved clinical and economic outcomes for the patient and the healthcare facility.
