Xlumena's catheter-based therapeutic devices are used with existing endoscopic ultrasound to enable a new generation of very minimally invasive outpatient procedures. |

Bile duct stenting. An innovative, self-expanding anchor stent called AXIOS and precision XL delivery system for safe and reliable biliary decompression with up to 10mm dilation.
Translumenal Access. Translumenal delivery of endoscopic instruments and devices using the integrated Exchange Free (XF) delivery system.
Gallbladder Drainage (translumenal). Effectively drains the gallbladder into the duodenum or stomach using a novel lumenal approximating stent and precision delivery system.
Bile & Pancreatic Duct Drainage (translumenal). Creates an anastomotic bypass to drain the bile ducts or pancreatic ducts into the duodenum or stomach using the integrated XF delivery system that includes the AXIOS anchor stent.
Pseudocyst Drainage (translumenal). Integrated XF delivery system designed to enable reliable pseudocyst drainage.
Hiatal Hernia Repair (translumenal). Integrated XF delivery system enables the repair of a hiatal hernia from inside the GI lumen.
