Roughly 90% of U.S. Medsys' revenues come from its Global Medical Direct (GMD) division, a medical equipment provider specializing home delivery of diabetic supplies. U.S. Medsys' other divsion, NEODS, manufactures Comfort and Diabetic shoes, orthotic inserts and braces.
