| MIM has used the third quarter to continue its transition to a focused, Specialty Management and Delivery platform with complementary PBM services, following the loss of the TennCare PBM business. Results include further reallocation of assets, as well as investments in further intensifying our Specialty sales efforts. They have increased their physician detailed sales force to capitalize on regional strength in the Northeast and Midwest. They have also enhanced customer service by consolidating these activities at Columbus facility. |
