| Polydex Pharmaceuticals has been in continuous operation since 1969. The Companys business continues to be based on a solid foundation: real sales, positive cash flow and tangible material assets. The sale of the veterinary subsidiary provided a cash injection into the company in 2004. The Company plans to devote sale proceeds to raising manufacturing standards and increasing capacity either by expanding the present facility or relocating to another facility to meet growing demand for core products such as Iron Dextran and additional products such as Copper Dextran. |
