Recent Results
For the three months ended March 31st 2006 revenues increased 23% to $18.4M. Net loss increased 4% to $1.3M. Revenues reflect contributions from Spinal Constructs, Bone Graft Substitutes, Sports Medicine and General Orthopedic segments. The higher loss reflects increase in costs of processing and distribution expense, higher marketing, general and administrative expense.

Description
RTI Biologics fromerly known as Regeneration Technologies, Inc. (RTI) processes allograft and xenograft tissue into shaped implants for use in orthopaedic, cardiovascular, oral maxillofacial and urinary surgeries.
Products / Services
Spinal Allografts, Sports Medicine, Cardiovascular, General Orthopedic Allografts and other allografts including Oral/dental and Urological The source of all allografts is tissue that has been donated by people upon their death, with the consent of their family or loved ones. RTI's Sterling Biological Matrix is bovine xenograft bone sterlized through the BioCleanse process. It provides an option for procedures previously limited by tissue availability and material constraints.
Technology / Differentiation
RTI holds the patents on BioCleanse, a tissue sterilization process that eliminates viruses, bacteria, fungi and spores from tissue without impacting the structural or biomechanical integrity of the allograft. The company has distributed nearly 600,000 implants sterilized with the BioCleanse process with zero incidence of infection.

RTI sells its products in a range of markets, including spinal, sports medicine, cardiovascular and other general orthopedic applications.
