Fidelity 100 Monitor System is an integrated system which collects, processes and amplifies ECG signals and transmits them to a PC provided with the system.
| Technology / Differentiation |
| Signalife's heart monitor systems collect physiological data for electrocardiogram (ECG) test in order to detect cardiovascular disease. The Fidelity 100 allows a patient's heart to be continuously monitored over a period of 24 to 48 hours in a variety of settings - both ambulatory (moving) and non-ambulatory (stationary) - such as hospitals, surgeries, doctor's offices and sports medicine clinics. Signalife's technology compresses and reduces noise prior to amplifying the ECG signals. The signals are wirelessly transmitted to a near by PC and displayed on the monitor for analysis by a cardiologist. |
| Market / Customers |
Signalife estimates that cardiovascular disease accounts for 40% of all hospital revenue. Over 500,000 Americans survive heart attacks each year and need to be diagnostically monitored. 280,000 patients have various heart devices implanted.

| Strategy |
Fidelity 100 will be marketed in the U.S. by Rubermaid, Inc. Rubbermaid will absorb expenses for assembling a national sales force and advertising activities. The initial terms of the agreement is for one year but can be renewed by Rubbermaid on an annual basis. The agreement may also be extended to international markets.
