| In September 2005, Fischer sold all of its intellectual property rights related to its mammography business and products, including its SenoScan digital mammography and MammoTest stereotactic breast biopsy systems to Hologic, Inc.
In January 2006, Fischer entered into a relationship with Eastman Kodak Company to allow Kodak to act as an authorized service provider and provide service and support to the world-wide, excluding Mexico, installed base of Fischer's mammography products.
On March 15, 2006, Fischer announced that it is starting an auction process to sell its General Radiography, Electrophysiology and Surgical Imaging businesses. |
