| DakoCytomation has unique expertise in development of immunological methods. The methods are used to determine or to characterize proteins and cells of body fluids or to determine expressed proteins in cells in tissue specimens. We have built up considerable expertise in protein chemistry, especially purification of proteins. This has, among other things, led to the development of an international standard for quantitative determination of proteins in body fluids like serum or plasma. DakoCytomation has outstanding expertise in the generation and purification of specific antibodies using a wide range of techniques and immunogens including purified proteins, recombinant proteins and peptides. |
