| Products / Services |
Orthohelix has two main products: The DRLock Volar Distal Radius Plate and Screw System and the MaxLock Plate and Screw System. The DRLock system is a series of implantable bone fixation plates, pegs, screws and instruments for the repair of distal radius fractures and osteotomies. Its contour was designed by using a proprietary software system and from cadaveric bone. The MaxLock system is a low profile, anatomically designed plate that offers multiplanar fixation. The system is extremely versatile. It has been used for many different indications, such as MTP, lapidus, lisfranc, fibula fractures, calcaneocubid, calcaneal osteotomy, navicular cuneiform, ankle arthodesis and more. The hybrid screw, in conjunction with the plate design, offers 30 degrees of conical freedom that enhances pull-out strength and torsional stability.

| Market / Customers |
Although it represents a fraction of the $38 billion orthopedic device market, the small bone and joint is the fastest growing sector, gaining 15% in estimated revenues during 2008 versus 2007, according to analyst estimates. Approximately 60 million physician visits are expected in 2009 by patients with complaints relating to their small bones and joints (defined as those located from the tips of the finger to the shoulder, and from below the knee to the toes).
