Tax Managing Partner – Grant Thornton Shanghai
Rose Zhou has around twelve years experience in China transfer pricing and tax advisory. She has assisted many multinational corporations in various types of projects including tax compliance, investment structure and tax planning, merger and acquisition advice, and transfer pricing.
Many of her clients are listed on Fortune 500, and in a wide range of sectors including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, electronics, automobiles, machinery, consumer products, shipping and logistics, banking, services, etc.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Rose worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. She is a visiting professor of SHUFE (Shanghai University of Finance and Economics).
Rose was graduated from Shanghai Fudan University and now holds certificates of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and Chinese Tax Agent.
Rose has published in leading journals such as International Tax Review and BNA Tax. Rose authored The Principles and Practical Guidance on Transfer Pricing, a title that has been published by China Finance and Economics Publishing House.

John Doumitt is an operations and business development executive with expertise in market analysis, planning, and strategy. He is President of Greenfield Solutions, Inc. a business advisory firm focused on commercialization of new healthcare technologies. Current engagements include business planning and market analysis to assist three North American companies developing plans to enter the Chinese market.
