Description

Nationwide Health Properties, Inc. is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that invests in senior housing and long-term care facilities throughout the United States. They also have a 25% interest in a joint venture that owns 49 assisted living facilities. NHP passively invests in the facilities they own but they do not operate them.
