Description

NJTC Venture Fund was founded in 2001 to capitalize on the New Jersey region's potential for developing rapid growth, early stage businesses. In July 2003, the Fund was licensed as a Small Business Investment Corporation (SBIC) by the US Small Business Administration (SBA) and expanded its assets under management to $80 million. The Fund completed 33 portfolio investments during its active investment period. Today the Fund provides on-going support for existing portfolio investments. No new investments will be made.
