Description

The South Atlantic Venture Funds are private venture capital partnerships organized to provide capital for privately-owned, rapidly-growing companies located in Florida, the Southeastern United States and Texas. They seek to make equity investments ranging in size from $1.5 million to $7.5 million in companies serving $100 million or larger existing markets which are growing at 20% or better annually. They rarely invest in start-ups or early stage ventures yet prefer to provide expansion capital for companies with proven economic models seeking to expand their business.
