This module explores opportunities in raising capital and drug development abroad, with a particular focus on the advantages of Switzerland. Mr. Ebert’s career includes extensive work in direct foreign investment promotion, relocation advisement and long-range strategic planning for multinational corporate clients, SMEs and startups, governmental organizations, and NGOs. Mr. Ebert brings extensive foreign direct investment expertise and multidisciplinary relationships to GZA. He has deep networks in the life sciences, ICT, micro and nanotechnology, environmental and cleantech, consumer goods, automotive and aerospace industries.

Functional activity has included advising multi-nationals, SMEs and technology start-ups in the areas of site-selection, relocation, and research facilities for projects in manufacturing, R&D, Headquarters, backend finance and treasury. Regions represented include GZA (Greater Zurich Area), GGBa (Greater Geneva Bern area) DEWS (Development Economic Western Switzerland) , ISPAT (Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey – Prime Ministry of Turkey) as well as several North American regions in an informal capacity.
